Applicationsforthismustbeonthespecialwebsiteform(papercopiesavailableonrequest).Withinthreedaysofcompletingtheapplicationform,aformalletterdetailingyourdeservingcircumstances,mustbesubmittedinanenvelopetoMrsKellyintheSchoolOffice.Tellusthemaximumamountyouareabletocontribute(aminimumdonationof£50perstudent,peryear,isrequested).Boththeapplicationformandthislettermustbesubmittedorwewillnotbeabletoconsideryourrequest.
