TOUCH

1. Touch hot surface

2. Nerves on skin feels pain

3. Pain signal is sent to brain through spine

4. Brain receives message and sends a response back to hand to move it

Smell

Olfactory Nerve- the nerves in the nasal canal that send the scent cell to the brain to have it recognized

Sight

Iris- colored part of eye

Cornea- outside protection layer of eye

Pupil- black part of eye

Lens- focuses image

TASTE

- Thousands of taste buds on tongue and roof of mouth

- Girls have a better ability to taste than boys

- Animals use body parts other than their mouths to taste

Smell: burning See- colors

Hear: explosions

Taste: sweetness Smell: in the oven

See: see them Touch: cookie, warmth
