Milestones Important completion dates within the project Deliverable-driven Usually tied to payment milestones in a contract Needs to have a clear and agreed criteria to determine if a

milestone is indeed complete

communication (regularity of reports, its recipients, contents and method of distribution)

Change Control Identify an integrated change control process including a
