Alessandro Cattelan ha presentato MyMemory, una memoria di traduzione collaborativa lanciata nel 2004 come database di terminologia interno riservato ai traduttori di Translated.net con il nome di TMS (Translation Memory Server). Nel 2007 è stato rinominato MyMemory e le funzionalità di ricerca sono state messe a disposizione gratuitamente di tutti gli utenti. MyMemory, ad agosto 2009, conteneva oltre 162 milioni di frasi tradotte diventando di fatto la più grande memoria di traduzione collaborativa al mondo.
