What are our biggest risks

ComplacencyArrogance

Complacency

Do you take ownership

of your work and that of

your team? Or do people need to

chase you to drive

results?

Have you started

accepting mediocrity?

If yes, what will you

do about it? If yes,

where have you started

compromising?

Arrogance

Are you satisfied with

your work product and

that of your team?

Is your department

and your work product

error-free?

If not, why are you

satisfied?

Integrity

Why do you hide when

things go wrong?

But don’t refuse credit

when things go right?

The only way to fly high is to stay grounded!

Never let ego come in the way of wisdom

How do we dealwith the rising complexity

Simplicity is the antidote to complexity

Obsessed with simplicity
