From years of experience and Italian technology, we have designed BDFM with Driven Feed Roller, tension controlled compensator, efficient edge guider and Multi-Drive Synchronisation, which ensures that there is no stretch, elongation and bowing effect. With the help of electronic counter meter, machine automatically stops at desired input length and auto cutter cuts the fabric without manual efforts.
The ‘B-Tex’ Fabric Double Fold Plaiting Machine, BDPM is perfect tool for plating the fabric in one meter fold. Fabric is Single/Double Folded & Plated at high speed and eliminates KAATA process. Accurate metre fold and speed fabric plaiting increases production. Fold is adjustable from 90cm to 110 cms.
‘B-TEX had manufactured this piece of art specially for Agro/Shade Net or technical fabric manufacturers and suppliers, where fabric is of wider width and too heavy to handle. This machine unwinds the fabric, doubles fold and roll at 1:2 ratio but if desired, doubled fabric again doubled and can be rolled in 1:4 ratio.
It means fabric of 6000 mm can be double folded and rolled to 3000 mm and if desired, same fabric of 3000 mm can be again double folded and Rolled to 1500 mm.

The ‘B-Tex’ J-scray can be used as an independent unit or a part of preparation line,
where fabric is to be accumulated and machine should run continuously. BJM is tailor made for fabric width sizes ranging from 150 cms to 600 cms. It is not mandatory to fix BJM on a single
machine, with a wheel base it can be easily moved and used on any machine’s input or
output. Stainless steel sheets ensures fabric care and BJM can store upto 200 meters of fabric. If

This double folding machine from ‘B-Tex’ is specially designed for Lapping the fabric on strawboard. From years of experience and Italian technology, we have designed BDFM with Driven Feed Roller, tension controlled compensator, efficient edge guider and Multi-Drive Synchronisation, which ensures that there is no stretch, elongation and bowing effect. With the help of electronic counter meter, machine automatically stops at desired input length and auto cutter cuts the fabric without manual efforts.
The ‘B-Tex’ Fabric Double Fold Plaiting Machine, BDPM is perfect tool for plating the fabric in one meter fold. Fabric is Single/Double Folded & Plated at high speed and eliminates KAATA process. Accurate metre fold and speed fabric plaiting increases production. Fold is adjustable from 90cm to 110 cms.
‘B-TEX had manufactured this piece of art specially for Agro/Shade Net or technical fabric manufacturers and suppliers, where fabric is of wider width and too heavy to handle. This machine unwinds the fabric, doubles fold and roll at 1:2 ratio but if desired, doubled fabric again doubled and can be rolled in 1:4 ratio.
It means fabric of 6000 mm can be double folded and rolled to 3000 mm and if desired, same fabric of 3000 mm can be again double folded and Rolled to 1500 mm.

The ‘B-Tex’ Big-Batching Machine is a combination of small processes to join small fabric rolls to big batch. With our

This Brushing & Beating Machine is a reliable tool to remove working impurities from fabric. It brushes and beats the fabric and all the dust is taken away by high pressure suction device.
Modular Design of BIM-BR+BT allows to fix this unit by means of just 4 bolts on any existing
machine like, Stenter, Sizing, Calendar, Inspection, etc. Compact design enables easy
compatibility with the existing machine and it's addition will definitely help you save
manpower, space and time.

The ‘B-Tex’ J-scray can be used as an independent unit or a part of preparation line,
where fabric is to be accumulated and machine should run continuously. BJM is tailor made for fabric width sizes ranging from 150 cms to 600 cms. It is not mandatory to fix BJM on a single
machine, with a wheel base it can be easily moved and used on any machine’s input or
output. Stainless steel sheets ensures fabric care and BJM can store upto 200 meters of fabric. If
desired, Big-Batching or plaiter unit can be attached with E+L Edge guiding system.

The ‘B-Tex’ Packing Machine is a fully automatic fabric roll packing machine. It produces presentable packed rolls with high production rate and low cost. BPM-PC can be incorporated with number of inspection machine using conveyor system. After packing fabric rolls are transported to a shrinking unit to shrink pack the rolls, which again is doffed on trolley. Automatic nylo film wrapping of upto 500mm diameter fabric roll, 40-60 fabric roll/hour pacing capacity, PLC controlled command system, auto entry to machine from multiple machines thorugh conveyor system, etc. are some of the key features of this machine
