What to expect once you login?

Once you are logged in this is how your ‘My Account’ Section looks

Click on ‘My Current IT Return (s) Details’ to get the current status of your return filing

For Each Return we ask you to provide us below details:

Personal Details Captures general information required mandatorily for return filing

Income Details Captures details of income earned by you

Deduction Details Captures details of tax saving investments made by you

TDS Details Captures details of tax paid by you

First we will ask you to select your ‘Income Sources’ to indicate the heads under which you have received income

The Income summary screen will display details entered by you. Here you can Edit/ Delete/ Add more details or View summary of details entered.

For capturing your deductions first indicate the heads under which you would like to claim deduction.

The Deduction summary screen will displays deduction details entered by you. Here you can Edit/ Delete/ Add more details or View summary of details entered.

Use TDS Details forms to enter Self Assessment Tax paid and taxes deducted at source.

My Attachments All attachments uploaded by you or admin are visible in this section.

Entered/ Submitted Information Summary Displays in brief details of information entered/ submitted by you.

Approve Computation Used by us to upload your tax computation. You get the opportunity to approve or comment on the tax computation before we Efile your return.

My Filed ITR V’s After, we upload your Tax Return Acknowledgement (ITR-V) in this section.

My Payment History Displays details of payments made by you to onlineitreturn.com

My Login Details Displays your Login Details My Tax Help Displays FAQs

We initiate your tax computation only after you ‘Submit and Confirm’ your details in this screen.

Once we upload your tax computation, its visible under ‘Approve Computation’. Only after you approve the computation, we Efile your return.
