is a non-profit organization that supports visual artists
living and working in Oklahoma and promotes public
interest in the arts. OVAC achieves this mission through
publications, education, exhibitions, and Oklahoma’s
largest online gallery. Established in 1988, OVAC serves
approximately 3,000 artists every year with in-depth
programs, helping them to thrive here.
As an artist, I can’t thrive in isolation; OVAC is all about supporting and encouraging visual artists and connecting us with the broader community. -Elia Woods, Oklahoma City
