show the entitlement for the full year
which we are entering from the
employee’s details & on that basis after
submitting the documents it shows Pro
Rata Entitlement of a particular heads as
shown below in the report.

FORM 12A : Above screen shot
shows calculation of form no
12A which requires for PF
Office. The calculation which
shows on this form picks up
from the payroll which is
processed for the particular
month.

From this option you can enter
details of nominee for your PF

PROVIDEND FUND PAYMENT
CHALLAN :
This format shows the calculation of
PF to deposit in the PF office with
respect to A/c No 1, A/c No 10, A/c
No. 21, Admin Charges & etc which
shows in the below screen shot.

ESIC MODULE :
This module gives three sub options
like Declaration, Payments & Reports.
This screen shot gives screen for
entering declaration for ESIC
purpose, you need to enter the
details as shown in the screen.
PAYMENT CHALLAN :
This screen picks the information
from payroll & shows the figure in the
screen which you need to save & take
printout. This you can submit it in the
bank as ESIC dues paid.

FORMS AND REPORTS :
This option gives various
reports & forms required on
monthly basis for submission in
the ESIC office.
EMPLOYEE PF INFORMATION :
This report gives details of your
E.S.I.C. joining date and whether
you are liable for E.S.I.C. or not

Modules – P.T. :
This option has three sub option as Form 5,
Form 5A & PT Return cum Challan, which
required for Professional Tax Office.
Form 5 : This option gives annual return of
Professional Tax collected month wise, as
shown in below screen shot. Here also all the
information is picks up from the system which
we fed in. Remaining fields you have to feed in
manually, save it, take a print and submit it in
PT Department.
FORM 5A : This option gives monthly /
quarterly contribution to the Professional Tax,
which is also, knows as return for the month /
quarter. Figures for this report will picks up
from the data which we have fed in the system.
Fill up remaining fields save it, take a print &
submit it in PT Department.

PT RETURN CUM CHALLAN :
This report is used for preparation of
challan against deposit of Prof. Tax
dues to the Government. It will
display you salary slabs, rate of tax
per months against the salary, no of
employees following in the slab &
Amount of Tax as per the screen shot.
On bottom part it will automatically
picks up the Company name, address
& remaining fields you have to fill up
manually, save it & take a print out to
use as challan to deposit the same in
the bank.

This option has several options like
Company Information, Data Backup, Users
Define, TDS Transfer, Branch Transfer,
Options & etc.
COMPANY INFORMATION :
From this option you can select the Company on
which you want to work Screen shot for the same is
shown above.
USER ACCESS :
From this option you can create new users to your
system & you can allot the rights of use to them for
a module.

DELETE DATA :
From this option you can delete the unwanted data,
period, but once you delete the data from system it will
not be recoverable.
IMPORT DATA :
From this option you can import payroll
data from various options, but below
screen shot show you clear picture of
data import from payroll excel sheet.

EXPORT DATA :
Same like as Import you are having option to
Export of data in the various format, but
following screen shot shows how to export
the data in the Excel Data Entry Format
TDS TRANSFER ENRTY :
This option has three options as Transfer
employee master data, transfer name &
monthly data. Screen for all the options is
same only you have to select the month. This
option you have use only if data is not
transferred automatically to TDS.
