Creative Technology Experience
I have worked on many projects where I have utilised a variety of creative medias, for example I worked on a video
production explaining the dangers of drugs, for this production to run smoothly preproduction used to make sure the
project ran accordingly and made sure sets and equipment were safe. For the production to be worthwhile I used my
communication techniques to gain recognition and a target audience, I also had to research the market and find
what was working and successful at same time finding my competitors.
I worked on a Production Management project where I was the project leader of a media product, I had to create an
initial idea through to completion. This involved researching an idea and finding a niche, pitching the idea to a varied
audience, managing a production team, and having to take responsibility for the effectiveness of the production pro-
cess. The project I set my self was to initialise my small graphic design company, however the task at hand was not as
small.
I have worked on a variety of creative art projects including 2D animation production, Graphic Narrative production,
3d modelling, digital communication, Digital graphics, sound in interactive media, 3D animation, Motion Graphics,
Working to a brief in the media industries, interactive Media Authoring, web animation , Critical approaches to

Web Design
Project Information
Client: The Counselling and Family Centre Altrincham
Project Name: Youthful Interactive Website
Project Details: The brief set by the CFC was to create a welcoming and friendly website,
however to have all the existing materials the previous site had (which
was a lot).
The new website has now more interactive features which makes the
text easier to read and has more accessibility than the previous. I created
features including hidden menu and scroll features that made the heavy
text easier to read.
Project Information
Client: Interact Intranet
Project Name: Webpages: Management Team, Magazine & Brochure
Project Details: Whilst at Interact Intranet on work experience in 2012, I was set a brief to
update the 3 existing pages on their site. I believe that the management page needed
to be more interactive and informative, the magazine and brochure pages needed to
develop a better image to text ratio as it was too text heavy. I
think I accomplished these aims in my designs.
Project Information
Client: Zion Arts Manchester
Project Name: Interactive Exhibition Website
Project Details: I and a small team of two others were set a brief to create an interac-
tive website for the clients ‘Z-Artist’.
The website now complete features all the residential artists at The Zion Arts Centre.
The clients and artists were unspecific how they wanted the website as
they were going through a whole new make-over and branding, so this
allowed us to decide all the designs of the website. The team and I
wanted to incorporate there logo Z with ours ‘Zartist.com’ and I believe
the end product looked to a profession standard.
Project Information
Client: Dave Coulter– Painter Artist
Project Name: Interactive Exhibition Website with blogging
Project Details: We contacted Dave Coulter at Zion arts in Manchester, and offered to
create him a webpage for his exhibition on the 28th October.
The website needed to be youthful for a few years so that Dave could change the infor-
mation (text) on the site.
I believe I created a user friendly site which appeals to a wide audience (customers and
spectators), and I wanted to create an experience for the audience that connects them
to the individual artists.
I the process of near completion of Dave Coulters website we were contacted by Zion
arts saying they and the other artists had a lot of interest in creating a bigger site with all
the current exhibition artists at Zion.
3D Modelling & Animation
Project Information
Client: Trafford College
Project Name: 3D Modelling Musical Instruments
Project Details: The brief was to create 6 3D models, I decide to
generate a collection of models which could all fit together in
a one render. I created a monitor, keyboard, bongo drums,
usb plugs, DJ Decks and a microphone.
Project Information
Client: Trafford College
Project Name: Coat Stand Animation
Project Details: To create a short 3D animation sequence that is
based on a household object using 3Ds Max. The idea needs to show
the use of an IK Chain or a Rig, which would give me the opportunity
to make the object move and act giving it a personality.
(The two renders on the left are test animations)
Video Production
Project Information
Client: YCP Online
Project Name: High… Above The Law?
Project Details: The brief was to set to create a video sequence for use in
an interactive media product working to a near-professional standards
following industry practice, working independently to professional expec-
tations. To complete the production I also needed a team of actors and
videographers whilst I directed and produced the sequence, I also partici-
pated in acting, did all the scripting and pre production.
The video I created is an informative and yet entertaining production, as I
wanted the encapsulate the audience in a video were they felt involved
in the experience, learning the effects of drugs. I made the production into
a two part video, where the first act is of the immediate effects and how
people act on taking legal highs. The second act however is more serious,
presented like a documentary a presented speaks to two previous drug
abusers and how drugs effected their social life, career and general atti-
tude.
(actors did not take drugs, but supplied with scripts based on case studies)
