Based on all respondents, Double A is the most frequently used brand with 29% on total although it is rather weak in HANOI. Bai Bang holds the second position with 18% on total, but it is very weak in HCM market with only 1%. Similarly, Paper One is used strongly in HANOI but it is not used often in HCMC. On the opposite, Excel is used significantly in HCM, but it is not used in HANOI.
