This is not a book

Hi!I am Alok.I am 8 years old.

I love to cycle with my friends.

I am the teacher’s pet and everyone envies me because I always get the most marks, just like my sister.

In summers I go to my village and play all day long.

Wake Up Alok!Daydreaming again?

Alok is sad. He has to sit on the floor while the others sit on benches. He is often spanked by the teacher. After all, he is of a lower caste.

Everyone makes fun of him.He is losing confidence.

They are taught to be discriminative and crush the others in order to succeed. They are taught to be escapist.

If everyone realizes the potential of the individual

If there are ideas of universal brotherhood and patriotism

If every child has confidence in their culture and values

Alok will have a golden future
