• In general in terms of structure and the contents of the meeting everything went smoothly however I think that the deadlines need to be decided more clearly so that they will be respected !

• I think that everything was OK with planning and handling. All activities and meetings started and finished as planned. I liked to visit school and construction sites.

• It seems as though there was some confusion about the goals of the project and what all needs to be accomplished during the meetings. The partners do however share the responsibilities and all activities seem to have been divided up evenly and that each partner is willing to do their share of the work

Comments

• All of the partners work well together and get along without any problems. Sometimes there seems to be a little problem in communicating, not because of language differences but because of cultural and societal differences instead. All partners are very open to learning about the construction education systems in each of the partner countries.

• We felt very welcomed in Kaunas and the accomodations were very nice. The hotel was a good quality for the price and conveniently located. The hosting partners were very hospitable and put in a lot of effort to make the meeting successful

What were your expectations of this meeting

• We wanted to know more about possibilities to gain vocational education in the schools of Lithuania for young people and adults, how is organized practical training in schools and in companies, find out which subjects are taught in partner countries (in construction curricula).

• I wanted to know more about my professional subjects and organizing practical training at school and in companies.

• My expectation was comparison among more professional figures because the work in building sector is changing and itś important to know the caracteristics of more kind of jobs

Additional comments

• I think that we all need to try to be more efficient when working together during the meetings because otherwise it just creates more work for each partner to do their own time.

• The main conclusion is the fact that this partnership project provide possibilities for further collaboration in other different projects and programs.

• This meeting helped me to learn from my colleagues in Kaunas school and I would like to participate in other similar project

There are some achievements in project work I would like to highlight

I think that we have seen a lot of interesting construction sites which have given us a good understanding of the construction similarities and differences in each of the countries that we have visited. After seeing the differences in the types of schools and companies we decided to prepare some extra documentation in order to better explain the sector and give an overview for each country. Good knowledge about differences and

similarity in education and work among the countries

Shortages to underline

• the involvement of all persons who are taking part of the meetings is not enough, probably due to bad English skills

• I think that we need to try to be more efficient during our meetings and try to cover more topics and complete more work in the time that we have.

• maybe we haven’t' plenty of time for partners meetings, especially for project finishing event in Kuressaare?

Problems to solve

• we should prepare the continuous project and involve other countries, as Baltic countries and Finland are quite similar, Italy much more different. We do not know about other countries where our students go to work placement and later to work.

• it possible that crises situation can bring any changes because situation in construction sphere isn’t typical for daily situation

• sufficient assessment of crisis risks

• There seems to be a little bit of confusion once in a while on the timelines and the project work that each partner needs to prepare on their own. The number of meetings seems to be enough but it is important that each partner prepares their work prior to the meeting so that we can be more efficient and make the most out of the time we have.

• I think that this partnership works very well together and that all partners are working hard and learning from one another. In my opinion the project is going smoothly and we will be very successful.

• Actually we are doing quite well….• Maybe we should try more to share the

responsibilities equally• We should work more effectively during

meetings• We should more clearly agree the the tasks
