What we did

• Check out the training program site at http://training.propeople.bg

• We created a subscription form and process.

• We posted the idea in Drupal.org groups and some social media channels.

• And then we waited. Not much. And we got some nice applications.

• It was time to start. We gathered together and decided when our meetings are going to be,

what’s the program, homeworks, tests and all the other details.
