Register on Paycity

Click on the ‘REGISTER’ link.

The ‘Registration Details’ screen will appear.

Create a Username, Password and be sure to confirm Password.

Click ‘GO’

Log into Paycity Business

Click on the ‘LOGIN’ link

Insert Username and Password

Click ‘Log In’ button

After successfully logged in, the Dashboard page is displayed

The top section of the dashboard displays information tiles. Each information tile contains a unique

set of information under the user profile.

The information tiles are listed as:

New Fines

Due in Court

Redirected to Driver

Unpaid

Vehicles have Fines

Top Offending Vehicle

Registered Vehicle

New Fines

Click on the “New Fines” tile to display a list of new fines which have not been viewed and are

payable.

Due in Court

Click on the “Due in Court” tile to display a list of fines which are in a contempt of court status.

Redirect to Driver

Coming soon

Unpaid

Click on the “Unpaid” tile to display a list of fines which have not been paid yet.

Vehicles have Fines

Click on the “Vehicles have Fines” tile to display a list of vehicle registration number containing

traffic fines.

Top Offending Vehicle

Click on the “Top Offending Vehicle” tile to display the vehicle containing the most traffic offences.

The Top Offending Vehicle screen will display the number of open fines, total number of fines, paid

fines, the vehicle registration and vehicle details, as well as fines history and vehicle clone sightings.

Registered Vehicles

Click on the “Registered Vehicles” tile to display a list of registered vehicles.

Notification Feed

The Notification Feed screen alerts a user for any new fines, licence disc renewal and drivers licence

renewal

12 Month Fine Summary

The 12 month Fine Summary screen displays all traffic fines received and fines paid over a 12 month

period.

Duplicate Number Plates

Coming Soon

Recent activities

The Recent Activities screen records and lists all activity that has occurred on a user profile, from

adding vehicles registrations to paying traffic fines, etc.

News Feed

The News Feed screen displays and lists all activities about the PayCity Business website.

Fine Management

The Fine Management Menu Item displays ‘Payable’ and ‘Due In Court’ traffic fines lists. There is an

option where you can display all fines by clicking on the ‘All Fines’ tab.

To obtain more information on the traffic fine, click on ‘view’ button marked in grey. Additional

information on the traffic fine will appear.

Inside the information window, there is a ‘Details’ and ‘Fines History’ button.

Click on the ‘Details’ button to display the traffic fine ‘Offence Details’ list and a ‘History’ list.

Assigning a driver to a listed traffic fine offence can be done in the ‘View’ screen.

Under the ‘Default Driver’ point, there is a ‘Change’ button you can click on.

This opens a separate window to assign a different driver to the traffic fine where necessary.

To display more or less traffic fines, you can change the number of entries by the ‘Show’ dropdown

list.

Clicking on ‘CSV’ button, located on the upper right side of the screen, allow you to save and view

your list of traffic fines in a spreadsheet format.

Click the ‘Copy’ button to reproduce traffic fine information in another document format.

Click the ‘Print’ button to obtain a hard copy of all traffic fine records.

Vehicle Management

The Vehicle Management menu item displays all registered vehicles retained on a user profile.

To obtain more information on the registered vehicle, click on ‘view’ button marked in grey.

Additional information on the registered vehicle will appear.

Inside the information window, there is an ‘Edit’, ‘Full Details’ and ‘Assign Driver’ button.

Click on the ‘Edit’ button to view the ‘Company Vehicle Details’ screen and amend listed

information.

Click on the ‘Full Details’ button view a screen containing:

Paid Fines

Vehicle Details

Highest Fine Amount

Fines Redirected

Click on ‘Assign Driver’ to choose and assign a driver to a different vehicle where necessary.

Add a new vehicle by clicking on ‘Add New’ button and insert vehicle information in the ‘Company

Vehicle Details’ form.

Click on the ‘Quick Import’ button to import all vehicles linked to your Business Registration Number

(BRN). The ‘Quick Vehicle Import’ screen will appear and will require a user to pay R20 per vehicle

being imported.

Licence Disc Renewal

The Licence Disc Renewal menu item provides users the opportunity to renew their vehicle licence

and registration. This feature is currently in development and will be active shortly.

Company Details

The ‘Company Details’ tab displays the company information form. It also gives the opportunity to

amend details where necessary.

Transaction History

The ‘Transaction History’ tab will contain a list of paid traffic fines. No transaction history will be

available until traffic fines are paid.

Notifications

The ‘Notifications’ tab allows a user to set up notifications for:

New Fine Notification

Discount Reminder

Vehicle Licence Expiry

Drivers Licence Expiry

PrDP Expiry

Notifications that are ‘ON’ will be sent via email.

Proxies

The ‘Proxies’ tab displays ID/BRN numbers that are assigned to a company. Click the ‘Add New’

button to add a new proxy.

Notifications

The ’Notifications’ menu item lists new traffic fine notifications under the ‘New Fines’ tab. Clicking

on a new fine notification displays traffic fine information:

The ‘Drivers Licences Expiring’, ’Vehicle Licence Expiring’, and ‘PrDP Expiring’ tabs are currently in

development and will be activated shortly.

Basket

The Basket menu item contains a list of fines which are ready for payment. The traffic fine is listed by

order description, order reference, amount and action. A convenience fee is included with each

traffic fine transaction.

Below the listed traffic fines, there is a summary which lists the sub total, convenience fee and total

due.
