operation across the world to prevent injury and production loss due to slope or wall failure. Benny performed
as a valuable member of Documentation and Training team who was responsible for developing company
Knowledge Base and Learning Management System for new product Series.
Responsibilities:
● Assisted in the planning and execution of training and process documentation of new product series.
● Worked safely, and with regard to the safety of others, including compliance with all Work Health and Safety
(WHS) policies and procedures, and more importantly build safety into designs and methods of working
● Worked with translators to develop technical training material in Spanish, Portuguese and Bahasa
● Championed a collaboration based content management system “CONFLUENCE” to build the company

TEPI is Indonesia’s largest gas supplier and currently accounts for 82% of Bontang LNG Plant’s supply. I was
employed on an internship to work on the Peciko Field, Phase 8A Pre-Project - Installation of booster
compressor (Brown-field project).
Responsibilities:
● Researched mechanism of engine-driven reciprocating compressor for low-pressure platforms and reported
to project coordinator
● Engaged in Process Flow Diagram modification meetings in implementing proposed booster compressor
● Prepared documents for gap-analysis study as per Total E&P Company Standards on the specifications of
engine-driven reciprocating compressors from potential vendors
● Gained exposure to Hazard Identification (HAZID) studies on the impact of natural environment, effluent to
surrounding, process hazards, utility system hazards, and simultaneous operations
