T he Apogee Foundation has been named “Top Non-Profit” in the inaugural Fast Pitch! Business Awards based on a rigorous 45 day selection pro-
cess by an expert committee that evaluated more than 1,000 nominees in order to recognize those institutions that had attained best practices and highest distinction in their fields.
Apogee will continually strive to merit this distinc-tion by achieving in all of its actions and their results the same high standards of human excellence that the Foundation is dedicated to fostering in its beneficiaries around the world.
A pogee has partnered with premier international media & technology group Aurience Ltd. to en-hance the Foundation’s abilities to realize its vision
around the world through film, broadcast, recording and interactive media.
Joint Apogee-Aurience productions already have broadened the exposure of Apogee Awards laureates, in-creased the impact of Apogee Academy educational pro-grams, and expanded the penetration of Apogee Artists performance events worldwide.
The Foundation’s recent international concert events in Odessa served to showcase the new opportunities made possible by this collaboration, as command performances by Apogee Awards Laureates from five countries were broad-cast on national radio and television and international video-casting. This impact will be yet further enhanced through a documentary film now being produced by Aurience Media.
With this launch of Apogee’s semi-annual newsletters, it is my pleasure to speak directly with the Founda-
tion’s many dedicated supporters around the world. Apogee Information Services subscrib-ers, alone, now number nearly 2,000 persons resident on all six inhabited continents – and people from nearly 4,000 cities in 130 coun-tries and territories have taken an interest in our programs by means of the Internet.
This level of participation in and sup-port for Apogee’s mission is a measure of the growing, global commitment the Foundation has been able to inspire for achieving man-kind’s highest potential through the transfor-mative power of the creative arts.
In these semi-annual letters to our sub-scribers, we will present especially for you the shared accomplishments of Apogee’s partici-pants and beneficiaries worldwide – together with the first glimpses of exciting new direc-tions for our future.
We also will invite you to help participate directly in shaping that future through your responses to the questionnaires included in each newsletter.
Everyone in the global Apogee family thanks you in advance for your valued par-ticipation in ‘recreating the future of human cre-ativity’ with us.
