Advertising Budget:

We are currently advertising by:

• Purchasing leads/advertising on www.loghome.net ($500/month)

• Half-page ad in the ABG of LHL ($2,250)

• Online advertising at www.loghome.com ($8,850)

• Display investments ($4,000)

• Literature – tri-folds and brochures ($12,700)

• Co-op sharing with you ($28,000)

To summarize:

In total we have a total of $68,000 budgeted for 2013

and $112,000 for 2014.

Our advertising is focused on driving traffic to you and

your websites which only emphasizes the need that all

of our websites be credible and up to date.

Lead Management:

What we would like in place:

One system that we are all using, based in the cloud

that can alert you to an incoming lead or that you can

retrieve very easily and maintain in that same program

as a lead management program.

For standard 10’ x 10’ booth space

Johnson Shows: $900

Log Home Living: $1,020

For multi-dealer shows we will co-ordinate the

commitment and payment for the shows. We will then

invoice those dealers for their share based on the number

of dealerships attending.

Shows:

New Co-Op Advertising Program:

a) Effective September 1, 2013, 1.5% of your

commissionable sales will be set aside in an account

under your name. This money is for you to use

towards eligible advertising expenses. (Booth space

at shows, advertising, etc.)

b) For the balance of this calendar year (2013) we will

co-op (50/50) the cost of the fall shows for anyone

who doesn’t have a balance to draw from in their

advertising account.

Promotions:

Pricing of the materials will be reviewed and adjusted

as necessary every 6 months with an effective date of

Jan 1 and July 1.

a) Provides you with an automatic promotion

opportunity every 6 months.

b) Place a deposit and avoid a price increase for and

additional six months.
