YoucanchangeyouruserloginIDinyourinternetpro�ile,SMSbankingpro�ile,andyourUSSDbankingpro�ile(Ifavailable).EnterpreferredID(Followtherulesasdisplayed)andclickonthegreenarrow.Acon�irmationscreenwillappear.RecheckyourpreferredIDandifcorrect,Clickonthegreenarrow.

ThenextscreenwillrequestyourOTPthroughyour2FA(SMSOTP,Hardwaretoken,orMobileOTP)method,oryourtransactionpasswordtocon�irmthealternationoftheChanneluserID.Aftercon�irmationyouwillreceiveanoti�ication.
