Setting up your personal fundraising page on the Virgin Giving Site

From the Virgin Giving Homepage select “Create your Page”

Select “Organised Event”

In the “Event name” field enter “John Muir Way Challenge”

Select “John Muir Way Challenge – Centennial Campaign Fundraiser” and click on the “Next” button.

On the “Start fundraising” page, complete the following information:

“How much are you planning to raise?”

“Has your charity contributed to the cost of your event?” – You should select “No”.

“Are you fundraising on your own or with other people?”

Then click on the “Next” button.

If you are not already registered on the Virgin Money Giving site please select the “Register” button.

Complete the “My Details” page and select the “Next” button.

This will take you to your fundraising page. If possible you should have a photograph and script

ready for your personal fundraising page, but you can go back and edit your page once it is set up.

Once your page is set up you can send a link to your friends and family and start fundraising.
