STACKING INSTANCE MOVIES

• This feature is available with the following products under the SportsCode banner:

What does this do?

• Allows you to put two or more movie frames side by side

• Helps the coach to do a comparative analysis of events seen together in one screen

• Best used to analyze and compare player techniques and team tactics in one frame

How to use this feature?• Select and ‘open’ two or more instances

together from the timeline

• You can either use a short cut key (Command+Y) or go to the windows menu and select ‘Stack instance movies’ option

• The above example shows the usage of the ‘Stack instance movies’ feature used for analyzing the Home Vs Away - Penalty Corner event for a hockey match

• Here the coach can view the offence and defense formations of the team closely by viewing them together in sync starting at the time of the striker hitting the ball. Drawing tools usage here provides a very good teaching and learning experience for the coaches and players respectively

• It is recommended to edit your instances perfectly to the time of when you want to see the video starting before you use this tool to have an accurate comparison
