Efficiencies in Manufacturing
Improved Efficiencies:
With the correct process flows in affect and a accurate and easy shop floor tracking system it is not uncommon to get extreme efficiency ratings in your manufacturing environment
We have tracked customers with labor efficiency’s in the 95% ‐98% increases. That means you can account for most if not all of your employees labor and usage on the shop floor.
Physical Inventory counts drastically decreased. There have bee success stories of companies having $150,000 per month physical adjustments decreased to under $10,000 per month in adjustments with continual increases expected.
