The automation of test sequences and the data acquisition increases significantly the quality of the results and the utilisation of test equipment. In order to meet this challenge, FEV has developed the TestCellManager (TCM) as a product.
FEV TCM TestCellManager is the central operating, control and observation software for the individual test bench.Due to its modular design the TCM offers flexibility and ease of extension. Software modules with clearly defined functionality allow generating tailor made solutions to the respective requirements.
The use of Microsoft Windows as user interface and a real time system (RTX) allow a high quality measurement data chain. Modern familiar software strategies and designs ensure simple operation of the extensive functions. The TCM is responsible for the execution of automated, semi-automated or manually controlled test sequences.
