in Italy there are many sweets of the carnival homemade, accompanying the parade of floats and masks. some sweets typical of the Italian carnival are the frappe, frittelle, ciambelle, arancini of carnival, sanguinaccio dolce, castagnole and ravioli.
but Italy is one of the many countries in which there are sweets typical carnival. Indeed in Colombia it is typical of the local cuisine Enyucado, a cake made of yucca and coconut.
in Germany the typical carnival sweets are many: waffle or gaufres, pancakes with blue cheese and walnuts
in rio de janeiro the typical carnival foods are the Fejiolada and Papos de anjo
