• American Honda was at risk of loosing the rights to its trademarks due to infringement by others.

• The Page Group was engaged to help them understand what was necessary to secure and protect those trademarks.

• Project entailed: – Creating Strategies for:

• Aggressively pursuing cease and desist efforts with infringing companies – stopped over 45 infringements against brand

• Licensing trademarks to others – secured numerous new license’s• In house development of trademarked products for direct sale to consumer – developed strategy,

designed, sourced, and delivered over 1 ½ million dollars worth of merchandise to division for sale to retail channel.

• Brand development within categories and brand extension throughout segments of their motorcycle marketplace.

• Dealer Event Display, collateral, and sell sheets. • Point of sale at retail strategies• Supporting event marketing efforts

– TPG contracted for over 2 ½ yrs

Designed, Sourced, and Delivered American Honda Motorcycle Gear in 8 months

TPG brought new products to market for AHM to secure its trademarks in categories important to the brand.

cease and desists from companies infringing on trademark and brand.
