1. Visual communication is broadly extended nowadays

Social networks enable users’ daily relationship with images

2. Learn this language by imitation

Users that feel the need of expressing theirselves on social networks usually look for someone (referent) that expressed the same previously (trendsetter)

3. The communication process. "Talking" visual language.

The communication process in this case have another timing

4. The Internet, eLearning and informal learning

Knowledge Production and Consumption are different, immediate and almost ludic. The learning belong to our leisure

5. We are “prosumer” “Everybody today with a mobile phone with a built-in camera automatically becomes a photographer.”

6. Informal learning Daily activities, family or leisure time.

7. Visual learning This concept refers to the possibility of communication through visual language, using the characteristics and semantic of the images (shot type, depth of field, composition ...)

8. Instagram. Informal learning and visual learning.

“Prosumers”, learners that understand how to communicate in a visual way frequently learn by imitation, by trial-error processes.

9. Conclusions How we learn a language? How we speak a language?
