RULES: 2009 USAG rules apply, including new
compulsory routines and pass requirements.

ENTRIES: Trampoline – 1 through Elite, Synchronized
Trampoline – 9 through Elite, Double Mini-
Tramp - 4 through Elite, Tumbling -1 through
Elite (no 4B)
FEES: 1st event $30, Additional events $5 each
ENTRY DEADLINE: January 22nd, 2009
Entries after January 22nd , require $10 per
athlete late fee

AWARDS: Per Missouri Trampoline & Tumbling
guidelines, including medals 1-3 ribbons 4-10,
flight awards, and team awards
ADMISSION: $5 for adults, $5 for youth, 3 and under free
COACHES: To be on the floor, coaches must sign-in
including their USAG 2009 number, safety
certification expiration, background check
expiration, and coaching level.
OFFICIALS: Each team is required to provide a judge for
each discipline they enter. PENALTY: For not
providing a judge $1/athlete/discipline
Please make separate check payable to MTTA.
MEET SCHEDULE: The order of events and schedule for the
day, will be determined after the entry deadline
of January 15, 2009. Meet director, Rachel
Hicks will email or fax the schedule to clubs that
enter about a week before the competition.
T-SHIRTS: T-shirts & concessions will be available at the
event.
SANCTION: This competition is sanctioned by USA
Gymnastics, national governing body for
Trampoline & Tumbling. Coaches and athletes
must be prepared to show proof of membership.
Athlete USAG numbers must be included on the
entry form. Please print and include with
entries, your club roster with athletes and their
2009 numbers, from USAG member services
