AB CD&

Since AB and CD are equal and the only two unknown arcs, let both arcs be X.

Solve for x and you are done!!!

Add 50 + 20 to get the degree of the arc corresponding with chord PS.

•Since Arc PS = Arc QR•Chords PS and QR are equal.

PS = 12 so QR = 12

•Add the degrees you have so far, then subtract from 360•Compare degrees to the other arc degrees•Your answer will be the length with the same arc degree.

Cross at 90°

Radius AD=13, AE= 12 so 13-12 = 1

AC = radius

AB = radius

132 - 122

Radius = perpendicular bisector

Add 5 + 5

220°

360 – 220 = 140

Central angle of arc CB

½ angle CAB

½ arc CB

Whole chord = 12, each half = 6
