D.O.T. Accepted Home Sleep Tests

Our home sleep testing costs only $349 as part of our turn-key testing and treatment program and includes:• rental of the test equipment• physician review of the results and recommendation• Paperwork for DOT or employer if you do not have sleep apnea

If the home sleep test confirms that you have sleep apnea, you may purchase the treatment portion of our program. Pricing varies by the treatment you require, but typically includes:• Treatment solutions such as an auto adjusting cpap • shipping• Initial compliance monitoring to insure your treatment is effective, as

required by the Department of Transportation for CDL • Paperwork for DOT or employer confirming that you are in

compliance with your treatment• Support and supply monitoring including automatic resupply if you

choose.

Sleep Apnea Treatment with CPAP and Compliance Monitoring

PAP machines offer one constant pressure during inhalation and exhalation. BiPAP machines have two pressures: inhalation and exhalation. Auto Adjusting CPAP machines adjust to the pressure you need automatically.

Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) devices are designed for patients who have Sleep Apnea. They are the most common and effective form of treatment. CPAP not only provides a good nights sleep for the patient but also for the spouse as sometimes their sleep is disrupted by constant snoring.
