Understanding and Overcoming FEAR!

What is Fear?

1. Fear is produced by certain chemicals in the body.

2. Emotions are produced automatically on our behalf by our subconscious mind.

3. Fear is produced when there is the perceived possibility of losing something of value.

What is our deepest Subconscious fear?

1. Fear of being worthless.

How could that be our deepest fear?

The perception of no longer having any value produces emotional pain.

The subconscious mind avoids pain by default.

How does the subconscious mind protect us?

1. PURE FEAR2. FEAR BASED EMOTIONS i.e.

Hatred, Anger, Rage, Revenge, Selfishness, Resentment, guilt, shame, feeling of humiliation, etc.

Our emotions are on autopilot!

“All negative emotions are produced by a defensive reaction

from the subconscious mind.”

How do we cause our subconscious mind to stop producing FEAR on our

behalf?

To change any emotion or any fear all you need is a clearly defined and focused intention, nothing

else!

Read these intructions to set up your intention

These instructions are to establish my intention for this clearing and

reprogramming process. The cue word that will initiate this process

is___(YES)______. Saying my cue word will trigger my intention for my

subconscious mind to permanently eliminate anything within me that is causing any subconscious defensive

reaction, response or resistance.

This intention will cause my subconscious mind to neutralize, release and eliminate all

limiting thoughts and emotions, limiting beliefs or belief systems so to allow the

positive aspects of what I desire to be fully intergraded within my body and mind. This process will be triggered whenever I

make it my intention by saying or thinking my cue word/s.

This concludes the intructions.

Convincing the subconscious it no longer needs to react in our defense.

Your subconscious mind is seemlessly interwoven with your intention.

The Key is to have 2 intentions.

1.To eliminate any defensive subconscious reaction.

2.To integrate a new perspective/belief.

Here is how we do it.

Step # 1. Establish what you want in a positive way... Examples:

I want to be feel fearless when flying in a plane.

I want to feel fearless when asking for what I want.

Here is how we do it.

Step # 2. Affirm your statement 3 times and say your cue word.

Example.

I want to be feel fearless flying in a plane… YES

Before we start…Measure it!

Step # 1. Affirm your positive statement once. Example.

I am fearless flying in a plane.

Note how true it is for you from 0-100%. 100% being completely

true. 0% being completely false.

Now just follow my lead…

While you think about the fear you want to overcome. Your cue word is YES in this process.

Begin…and think about what you want to overcome

I want to be fearless in every way when it comes to…..…YES

I really want to be fearless in every way when it comes to.…..….YES

I truly am convinced that I want to be completely fearless in every

way…………YES

forever….I forgive myself in every way…YES

I forgive others in every way…

I will always be safe and nothing can hurt me in any way shape or

I am completely fearless…. infinitely and forever…. YES

I have always been and I will always be fearless in every way…YES

every way…I forgive other unconditionally …
