DESCRIPTION

This Presentation is about using composition, form, lighting, color and arches to create visual understanding of the intended player path. Compositions create lines pointing you in the right direction. Lighting, contrast and color draw your attention. Archways are architectural elements used to draw people through spaces. Screenshots from 2 games are used as examples. This small talk was given at the GLS 2012 Conference.
