The Kairos Leadership Initiative (KLI) offers a one-year leadership training immersion program—developing emerging collegiate and young adult leaders. These students work with dedicated mentors and coaches to help them discover their
identities in Christ, consider their educational and vocational goals in light of this identity, and live out their lifetime call to love and serve their community and the world.
