Kiosk will not turn on

Hold down the power button for 3s. If your tablet is in a

stand use a pen or paperclip to push the power button

through the hole on the top side of the stand.

Does the screen show a battery symbol? If you see the battery empty symbol please select no.

1. Check the USB lead is plugged into the 2.1A USB slot on

the charger.

2. Check the charger is plugged into a working wall

socket and the wall socket is switched on (you should

see a blue light on the charger if this is the case)

3. Hold down the power button for 3s. If your tablet is in a

stand use a pen or paperclip to push the power button

through the hole on the top side of the stand.

Does the screen show a Charging Symbol? If you see the Battery Empty symbol please select no.

1. Your tablet is out of battery but is charging, please wait

2 minutes and then hold down the power button to turn

it on.

2. Hold down the power button for 3s. If your tablet is in a

stand use a pen or paperclip to push the power button

through the hole on the top side of the stand.

Does the tablet turn on?

1. Check the charging lead is plugged into the tablet. If

your tablet is in a stand you will need to remove the

front face of the stand to do this. To remove the front

face of the stand remove all the screws from the

underside of the stand using the security Alan Key

provided.

2. Hold down the power button for 3s. If your tablet is in a

stand use a pen or paperclip to push the power

button through the hole on the top side of the stand.

Does the tablet turn on?

Empty symbol please select no.
