The joint project created multimedia content for both news organizations

across app, print, online and broadcast mediums.

The Globe also released a multimediapresentation for The Taken. 

A series of stories resulting from an ongoing investigation into

hundreds of missing and murdered indigenous women in Canada.

The New York Times leap into the futurewith a first foray into virtual reality

journalism.

Print subscribers received a Google cardboard V.R. viewer in

their Sunday paper, which they could use to watch a film

downloaded from the NYT VR app.
