• Address peak hour recurring congestion on the northbound I-95 in the vicinity of the Pelham Parkway interchange

• Draft Design Report/Environmental Assessment and Individual Section 4(f) document has been completed.

• Coordinated with New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) to obtain concurrence for the project

• Coordinated with New York State Thruway Authority (NYSTA) to produce Right Of Way acquisition maps
