CASE 1
Professional football player. Ultrasound exam for no muscle related reasons. Incidental finding. No days off. Evolu?on un?l the resolu?on: 10 days without symptoms, playing and training normaly.

CASE 2
Professional football player. 2 weeks training and playing with some discomfort. During a training session he feels a prick in his leS thigh, this ?me “stronger than the previous days”. 7 days off. Return to play without incidents.

CASE 3 Professional football player. He feels a prick in his right thigh during a side-‐cuVng maneuver. 4 weeks of days off. He didn’t understand the reason to stop because he felt very well at 4-‐5 days.
