I Live Here I Give Here works hard year-round to provide a robust Stretch Fund, matching dollar opportunities, grand prizes and hourly prizes to make giving more fun and impactful for Nonprofit Members of Amplify Austin Day. In 2018, I Live Here I Give Here provided over $1.53M to Nonprofit Members through the Stretch Fund, matching dollar opportunities and Amplify Austin Day Prizes.

T H E S T R E T C H F U N D

The Stretch Fund is the amount raised by I Live Here I Give Here that is distributed among all Nonprofit Members on Amplify Austin Day! Each organization receives a portion of the Stretch Fund on a pro-rata basis, based on their total amount raised on Amplify Austin Day. I Live Here I Give Here recruits sponsors to provide a robust Strech Fund to incentivize Nonprofit Members on the Day. Donors may also choose to contribute to the Stretch Fund on Amplify Austin Day through the "Add a Dollar" campaign to benefit all participating organizations.

S T. D AV I D 'S F O U N D AT I O N $1M M AT C H

St. David's Foundation has once again pledged a generous $1M matching grant to be distributed among their nonprofit Grant Partners on Amplify Austin Day. In addition, St. David's Foundation has also committed to matching donations (up to $300k total) to the Stretch Fund to encourage businesses and individuals to support all 700 nonprofits on Amplify Austin Day. St. David's Foundation's 2019 Grant Partners will receive funds on a pro-rata basis based on their total funds raised on Amplify Austin Day. All 60 Grant Partners will be notified of their eligibility prior to the Day.

I Live Here I Give Here works with local funders and foundations to provide category-based matching opportunities for Amplify Austin Day. Nonprofits are eligible to compete for available matching funding within their cause-category on the Day. Funds will be awarded on a pro-rata basis based on the amount raised by the organization on the Day. In 2018, I Live Here I Give Here secured $10,000 for Education organizations, $11,000 for Environment organizations and $25,000 for Animal Care & Services organizations thanks to Google Fiber, Shield-Ayres Foundation and an anonymous sponsor.

G R A N D P R I Z E S

There are 4 Grand Prizes of $5,000 on Amplify Austin Day: • $5,000 for the nonprofit with the most dollars raised between Scheduled Gifts Opening on January 15th - 12AM March 1st. • $5,000 for the large nonprofit (over $500K operating budget) that raised the most money in the 24 hour period of Amplify. • $5,000 for the medium nonprofit (between $100K and $500K operating budget) that raised the most money in the 24 hour period of Amplify. • $5,000 for the small nonprofit (under $100K operating budget) that raised the most money in the 24 hour period of Amplify.

There are 24 Hourly Prizes of $1,000 on Amplify Austin Day: • From 6 PM February 28 - 5 AM March 1, I Live Here I Give Here will award $1,000 to the organization with the most dollars raised within the hour.

• From 6 AM - 6 PM on March 1, I Live Here I Give Here will award $1,000 to the organization with the most individual donors within the hour.

C O M M U N I T Y P R I Z E S

In 2019, I Live Here I Give Here is introducing Community Prizes to inspire givers and fundraising champions to get involved on Amplify Austin Day. Bonus prizes will be provided to celebrate our community's givers and the causes they care about.

Golden Tickets: • $100 will be awarded every hour of Amplify Austin Day to a giver who has donated within the last hour. These givers will be able to give this additional $100 to the nonprofit of their choice before 6PM on March 1st!

Fundraising Champions Award: • The nonprofit with the most peer-to-peer fundraisers on Amplify Austin Day will be invited to Amplify Austin Day's Command Central for exclusive press and social media opportunities. R U L E S

• An organization can only win 1 Hourly Prize and 1 Grand Prize.• Community winners may only win one prize within the 24 hours.• The Hourly Prize for number of donors is based on individual persons donating. Not the number of

actual donations.• Eligibility for the "Large", "Medium" or "Small" Nonprofit Grand Prize is determined by the

"Leaderboard Size" selected by you in your Amplify profile.• Scheduled gifts do not count towards Hourly Prizes.
