FIRE AND SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM MANAGEMENT AND INTEGRATION PLATFORM

The transition from the analogue world of fire and security alarm systems to the world of IP technology makes it possible to integrate different systems so that they meet the high expectations and demands of today's IT and security professionals.

The integration of fire and security sys-tems of various manufacturers makes it possible to use (choose) the kinds of sys-tems that, in their fields, best meet the needs of the user, and are most easily adapted to the specifics of their business.

The challenge of integration is to enable efficient communication between systems from different manufacturers.

Zarja's platforms for the integration and management of fire and security alarm systems makes it possible to connect fire and security alarm systems from different manufacturers, all of them leaders in their respective fields, into a logical and user friendly security solution.

At Zarja Elektronika we can completely meet and adjust to the needs of the user, in terms of both the choice of fire and security alarm system, and the system's level of integration. Individual users require various levels of integration, as there is a range of different fire and secu-rity alarm systems. Also, solutions which integrate many different fire and security alarm systems will be more expensive initially compared to solutions which just provide the current status of fire alarm systems, or solutions that only enable a text display and the logging of alarms, as they do not require inputting the layout of the site and the thousands of other elements connected with that.

The advantages of an integrated approach for the setup of fire and security systems are obvious: less installation work, less equipment, multi-function equipment, and simpler user training, because the super-vision and management of different sys-tems is done together on a common user interface. If we add to that a faster alarm response time, this leads to a significant improvement in the security situation of a given site.

THE AMS 300 ALARM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The AMS 300 makes it possible to integrate different fire and security alarm systems from various manufacturers: video surveillance, fire and gas detection and with suitable alarms, access control with time attendance, burglar alarms, and fire suppression systems. With this kind of integration, video surveillance plays the most important role. In addition to its basic function of surveillance, here it also carries out the task of additionally verifying the alarms from other security systems.

One click in the alarm list gives the operator a complete incident overview.

History browsing.

The AMS 300 enables:

the monitoring of an unlimited number of locations under the same application;

a complete and clear overview of the system at all times;

real-time control of all elements with live video;

information for the operator about the alarm, such as the nature of the problem, the location, a pin-point location on a map, a video recording of the event, and full guidance for the steps required for inter-vention;

automatic map navigation to the source of the alarm;

a view of the exact location on an inte-grated map / floor plan connected with a video recording of the event;

easy and safe handling of alarms with either acceptance or full guidance for alarm intervention;

an interactive map option with easy navi-gation via graphical maps (AutoCAD draw-ings or images, zoom option) and facility / location trees;

a powerful history search engine for searching past events by any chosen criteria, which also connects a found event with the playback recording of the nearest camera;

the use of client / server technology, which allows multiple users to monitor different parts of the protected premises.

Currently integrated systems:

CCTV: Geutebruck, Milestone, HikVision, Netavis

Access control: Primion, Siemens Granta

Intrusion detection: Honeywell Galaxy (two way communication), Siemens SPC (two way communication), any burglar alarm panel with Contact ID (one way)

Fire detection systems: Zarja Elektronika, Securiton, Siemens, Lios

General protocol: IMAP, TCP, Modbus, SMS, SNMP, BACNET

THE AMS 200 ALARM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The AMS 200 enables the integration of fire detection and suppression systems, as well as the Zarja Elektronika gas detection system and the DSC burglar alarms.

THE AMS 100 ALARM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The AMS 100 enables the integration of fire detection and suppression systems, as well as the Zarja Elektronika gas detection system and the DSC burglar alarms.

A complete and clear overview of the system at all times.

The option of hierarchically organised fire detection systems, so commands can be sent individually to different parts of the system.

Graphical maps can be imported directly from AutoCAD drawings or bit images.

The operator can receive colour-coded information about the type of alarm, and this is supported by text event description in a separate alarm/event window.

Full guidance for alarm interventions can be added for each alarm event.

The levels shown are organised hierarchi-cally and navigation to the source of the alarm is done by a click of the mouse, which ensures the user that even at a compli-cated site he or she knows exactly which part of a building is currently being shown on the monitor.

History for browsing is separated for alarm and non-alarm events, and includes time schedule filtering.

Alarm events can be sent as e-mails or text messages to interested or responsible personnel.

Suitable for protected premises where only an event log for browsing history needs to be added.

The operator receives information about the alarm event text form, and in a sepa-rate window for alarm and non-alarm events.

Alarm events can be sent as e-mails or text messages to interested or responsible personnel.

There is no need to place detection points on maps/floor plans.
