Begin your search by typing the job title or relevant keywords into the search field. For this example, imagine a healthcare company in Chicago is searching for anew Director of Social Media Marketing. Ideally, they’d like someone experienced with the relevant platforms and tools to optimize their effort in generating more sales leads.

Here, we have specified “social media” in addition to “marketing manager”. Our results have been narrowed down to around 700 highly qualified candidates from our initial list of over 4 million.
