Thee Chinese civilization was one of the four river civilizations. It was located in the whole of China. It existed from about 2100BC to 256BC. It was ruled by 5 emperors and three sovereigns. It was along both the yellow river and the Yangtze river valleys. Silk was one of the main trades of China. It connected China to the Roman Empire .

The Indus Valley civilization was also one of the four river civilizations. It was located in at banks of the river Indus. It lasted from about 3300BC to 1900BC. It was one of the most advanced civilizations. It had cities in it which were Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa.

The Sumerian civilization was also one of the four river civilization. It was located on the fertile crescent .It was located by the banks of the Euphrates and Tigris river. It was also called the Mesopotamian civilization. It existed from about 4000BC .

The Egyptian Civilization was one of the four river civilizations. It was located by river Nile. It lasted from 3150 BC to 30 BC. IT was divided into two parts the upper kingdom and the lower kingdom. The upper kingdom was located on the south while the lower kingdom on the north.

Ancient Greece is the civilization belonging to the period of Greek history lasting from the Archaic period of the 8th to 6th centuries BC to 146 BC and the Roman conquest of Greece after the Battle of Corinth. At the center of this time period is Classical Greece, which flourished during the 5th to 4th centuries BC, at first under Athenian leadership.

They were also highly skilled warriors. The woman in the Viking civilization were also respected and had the rights to be free citizens compared to other civilizations.

The earliest phase of Maya civilization began around 3000 BCE, a time when ancient societies were emerging in Egypt, China, India, Mesopotamia, and Assyria. Large, complex Maya sites have been dated to 500-200 BCE. The ancient Maya were living in magnificent cities of stone with soaring pyramids and wide plazas decorated with intricate carvings .
