STLCC – Wildwood Campus
We wanted to create a final exam that would assess the SLOs for our course.
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
We started with each SLO and created exam items that assessed the SLO.
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
Rather than create a “practice test”, we created a “Final Exam Review”.
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
Each SLO was listed, followed by several example questions.
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
The majority of the exam is multiple choice and graded on
a ScanTron machine.
An Item Analysis is done to see which questions are being
missed the most often.
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
Is it the Test Item
or the SLO ?
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
If it is the SLO, what adjustments
need to be made?
STLCC – Wildwood Campus
• Adjustments to MML Assignments?
• Adjustments to Content Delivery?
