FORCE GAUGECENTOR STAR TOUCH

Functionality, accuracy, and precision formerly reser-ved for expensive and complex material testing equip-ment are now available with Andilog Force Gauges.The functionality of material testers previously reser-ved for research or development applications are nowavailable to the production floor with the introduc-tion of the Centor Touch Force Gauge.High accuracy of 0.1%, sample measurement rates upto 5,000 Hz, internal memory, measuring peaks andgraphical display are just the beginning features. Cen-tor Touch can provide break force, average, curveforce versus time or deflection, statistical calculationsand real time pass/fail analysis based on user suppliedtolerances. Data logging and communication to yourcomputer or network is available with RS232 or USBports. Centor Touch is designed for manufacturing en-vironments, providing performance and easy opera-tions to use and understand with the addition of the new, colored touch screen technology. Icons guide the operator in the selection of theappropriate measurement technique and method for their application. Setup menus, prompts and results are available in multiple languages. Whenintegrated in manufacturing processes, the Centor Touch can communicate with controllers through fast TTL outputs.With the combined features of functionality, flexibility and simplicity, the Centor Touch is the solution for more sophisticated and economicallyfeasible testing solutions for the factory floor.

STENTOR II : standalone force test stand

The test stand STENTOR II is a complete forcemeasurement system, ready to be used. Designedwith all the technology of our force gauge CentorTouch, it can perform force measurement in ten-sion and compresion up to 5000 N.The STENTOR II is designed to perform tests onall kind of materials in production or qualitycontrol when the speed is specified or when thespeed changes the results on the force measu-rement.Thanks to its big color touchscreen, the STEN-TOR II displays the curve of force vs. deflec-tion. Its frendly-user graphics interface makes thetests easy to setup and the results easy to analyzeand use.

All-in-one system, it is possible to use it as a stan-dalone tester without any software or computer.Neverheless, it keeps all the features of a com-puterized stand : statistics, calculations, curve, me-mory for 2,000 results,...With its outputs, it is possible to connect theSTENTOR II to a computer or a programmablelogic controller with USB, RS232 or TTL outputs.The deflection, speed and stop of the test standare setup by an integrated control panel. The testis launched with one button which tare the forceand starts moving the crosshead. Manual torsion tester - TWIST

To carry out accurate, repeatable and versatile torque measure-ments, ANDILOG offers its manual torsion tester TWIST. Availablefrom 1 to 60Nm, the torque test bench benefits from the latestinnovations.

Thanks to its smart pair of circular platen. The torsion meter en-ables torsion tests to be made on various samples such as springs,metal or plastic parts and much more.

Its Centor Touch display in real time your measurements : torque,rotational displacement and the curve of your test. You can alsoconfigure automatic calculations.

Rotary torsion tester - TORKHEADRIVER

The TorkHeaDriver is a motorized torsion testerwith aremote head wich include a rotary drive torque sensorand rotary encoder.

The torsion meter is particulary well suited for torquemeasurements on knobs, valves, faders ...

Its remote head can easily be moved and aligned in frontof the test sample, and thanks to its square male output,you can easily fixe standard or customized tooling as:chuck, socket…

As an option, the TorkHeaDriver can be automated froma computer.
