1. Research project to study “Why Nurses Stay” in New Mexico in process. Proposal written, IRB applied for and approved, mini grand applied for and currently in revision. Funding is expected.

2. Project to implement the common curriculum in New Mexico is in progress. Plan to evaluate success of the development and implementation of a common curriculum in New Mexico (participating in state-wide consortium and co-chair/member of the evaluation committee) pending.

3. Project in development to study post-menopausal women’s’ self efficacy and self regulation in wellness and fitness activities. (Preparing IRB and grant request with colleague). Colleague left university and project abandoned.

4. Review research project of SON data related to student measures and outcomes related to persistence and success. Presented at WIN conference Spring 2012. Manuscript in development.

5. Collaborative project to assess student’s decision-making development using the Tanner (2006) model of Clinical Judgment as integrated with simulation experiences still in development phase.
