    Khi bn c v hiu c nhng dng ch ny l bn s hu mt tr tu tuyt vi pht xut t mt b no v gi. B no chng ta ch cn 3 cn Anh (1,5 kg) ch bng mt bp ci cauliflower nh, mm nh u h nhng v cng phc tp, k diu, tinh vi, kh hiu. B no gm 100 t t bo, c cu to bi cht m, nc, v nhiu ha cht khc. T bo no vn hnh c l nh dng kh, ng v in. B no iu khin mi sinh hot ca chng ta t i ng ti n ung, t ni nng ti ci gin, t ngh ngi ti ngh ngi, t au kh ti sng khoi B no tht mong manh, t nh, d b thng tn nn chng ta cn phi nng niu, gi gn, bo tr. Chng ta cn trnh nhng g c hi cho b no; cn lm nhng g tt cho no. B no c th rn luyn c, thay i c nn chng ta cn hc hi, tp tnh n tr thnh hu ch.     Bn thn mn, Sau khi vit xong quyn An Khang (th cht), ti thy mnh cn phi vit thm An Khang v phng din Tm Linh. Bn ngh: Trc khi qua phn tm linh, c l nn tm hiu v phn tr c, tr khn ca con ngi.
