1. Projects Undertaken at Ericsson India Ltd :

Job Summary:

• Currently involved in providing Technical support to Bharti Airtel related to the MINSAT, SDP, CCN (SCP) and Account Information & Refill Server. (PREPAID BILLLING MECHANISM) and maintaining Intelligent Network (IN) configuration for Bharti Airtel Project as a part of GSDC GNOC Team.

• Monitoring, troubleshooting and administration of IN related products/Nodes (CCN, SDP, MINSAT, VS,IVR).

• Troubleshooting include Sun Solaris OS, LINUX IN Nodes.• Handling critical, major and minor issues arising in the Ericsson Prepaid systems for Bharti North

Region and providing solutions within SLA.• Handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support, investigate faults/cause

related to system/network problems and handle the tasks creating innovative and logical solutions to solve complex problems.

• Interface with Marketing & Revenue Assurance teams for IN product configurations, UAT proceedings, solve complex issues reported by the same and also perform reconciliation activities along with Revenue Assurance/ Finance Teams for Fraud Management.

• Working on regular customer complaints and requests (call disputes, Recharge related problems, wrong charging etc) with in the agreed SLAs.

• Providing Root cause analysis (RCA) of the problems.

Selection of Assignments

Ongoing Assignment: Operation and Maintenance of all IN nodes (North Region) for Bharti Network.Role: Engineer-2nd level assurance

Following activities were carried out in this project.• Manage day to day Maintenance of all IN nodes under GNOC• Manage the Provisioning of IN.• Ensure the Performance management of IN nodes.• Ensure the timely backups of IN nodes.• Coordinate with circle team and other party like core team, Hardware support team, customer

technical team for efficient implementation of service request and complaint handling.• Coordination with other GNOC counterpart for solving issues raised by circle• Problem escalation timely to the next level by raising CSR and follow up the same to maintain the

SLA.• Performing Acceptance test of upcoming IN nodes.

2.1 Zain MTC Ltd. - KSA July 2010 – Till Date

Responsibilities: • Unix Scripting upto L-2 for Sun Server for CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, and Disk Utilization,Filesystem through

script..

• Write Unix script as per customer requirement.

• Build and maintain SQL scripts, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction.

• Daily health checks perform for all IN and VAS Nodes.

• Recreation and Provisioning of Subscribers on SAAM (VAS Node) and IN nodes .

• Subscriber’s reconciliation periodic on IN.

• Batch Execution on Unix System for solving all voucher problems, customer care problems related to subscriber status changes, Balance transfer.

• Troubleshooting SMS complaints.

• Debugging and analysis for charging related complaints with proper testing.• Troubleshooting for alarms, faults in IN Nodes and troubleshooting customer related complaints (charging,VAS services

• Co-ordination with NSS Core, RAN, IPBB, IT, CARE Team to resolve the network related issues.

• Recommend timely actions and solutions to customer service requests.
