We thank you for your interest in obtaining a position as a beach badge checker for Long Beach Township.

The deadline for all required documents is April 1, 2021, for Supervisors and May 1, 2021 for all other applicants. Com-plete application packets including the following documents are to be submitted by this date:

1. Application2. CPR Course Registration form (Supervisor/Asst. Supervisor)3. Physician’s Document (School Sports physical is not acceptable)4. NJ State Police Background form ( ages 18 and over ) – must be completed online by May 1, 2021. Email

confirmation email (showing Approval date) from NJPortal to renee@lbtbp.com5. New Jersey Working Papers – completed by you and your school (ages 14 – 17)

You will be sent a link to complete your Primepoint, W-4 and I-9 documents when you are approved for hire.

Veteran checkers applying for a supervisor/assistant supervisor, a written request must accompany your application. This letter should contain a summary of all relevant qualifications and received no later than 4:00 pm on April 1st. Interviews will be conducted. You must have a current ARC CPR/AED/AEO/PDT certification. Classes can be taken thru LBTBP.

Enter through wooden double doors on bay side of building.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the job description and job duties, as will other related subjects: work hours, salaries, Long Beach Township Beach policies, etc. Patrol assignments will take place at this time.

All paperwork should have been submitted in person/by mail/electronically prior to this meeting.

If you did not submit a complete application packet, the following documentation must be received at this meeting:

1) Social Security Card – if not previously submitted 2) Drivers License (if applicable) 3) Working Papers (14 – 17 years old) - completed by your school 4) Physicians Documentation – if not previously submitted

Employment Eligibility: The following documents should be completed by this time and uploaded unto Prime-point: 1) Primepoint Direct Deposit Form (if new employee or updating account for veteran) 2) W-4 Form 3) I-9 Form

Working Papers: If you are under 18, you cannot work until your working papers are completed. (If you can-not attend the meeting, these papers must still be completed and submitted by May 26th). The A-300 “working papers” form is attached to application packet. Additionally, they can be obtained from Southern Regional High School Guidance Office, 600 N. Main Street, Manahawkin, NJ, 08050, (609) 597-9481. (Forms from other states are not acceptable.)
