O2 required an efficient way of connecting with it’s 18.5 million custom-ers spread across the United Kingdom and efficiently resolving their technical queries. The application developed by us allows customer of O2 to search , book and modify an appointment with an O2 technical guru in an O2 store preferred by the customer. In addition it also allows O2 technical Guru to create, update and manage appointments, apart from accessing customer details which could be used to understand thethe needs of the customer better. The entire application was integrated with the O2 Messaging gateway and incorporated it’s digital signage.

We have implemented a solution for Best Deal on Force.com platform that manages their entire insurance business. It is an end to end system which addresses their entire business process from lead man-agement to commissions processing.

The main challenge of integrating the system with various web services and processing commissions through manual and automated feeds was seamlessly done. This bespoke system also automates customer account creation and enables them to login into their personalised website. It moreover enables Best Deal to streamline their business processes and automate their business workflows.
