- Excellent knowledge of AIESEC

operations

- Excellent understanding of the

Finnish reality

- Proficiency in Finnish is

preferred

- MC alumni/ LCEB alumni

preferred

Role of the Board:

• Meeting atleast once a month

• Preparing decisions for the General

Assembly that consist of representatives

from each LC.

• Chairing the General Assembly & informing

members about the decisions being made

• Evaluating MC resources are used to needs

of LCs

• Frequent follow-up and advice on the MC

plans and budget

• Approving strategically important projects

for AIESEC in Finland

• Managing the Strategic Development fund.
