Application for theoretical examination for pilot students at a non-Swedish ATO This form shall be used by students who wish to undertake the theoretical knowledge examinations at the Swedish Transport Agency.

• You will receive an invoice and an e-mail containing your username and password to the examination platform PEXO.

I accept that the Swedish Transport Agency register me for theoretical examination according to the information above. I will upon registration receive an invoice with an administrative fee for the examination along with a fee for each subject. This initial fee contains one try per subject, in case of a retest you will be charged after having completed the examination. If the examination is cancelled, you will only be refunded the tests that has not been written.

I hereby confirm that I will not communicate with anyone during the examination except the invigilator, I will not in any way record any information from the tests or bring anything else than approved equipment to the examination. It is not permitted to add any information to the equipment. Using any other web page than PEXO will be regarded as violating the rules. A list of approved equipment is found at:

If I attempt to violate these rules, the whole examination may be considered as failed and I will be banned to take any theoretical examination in any EASA member state for at least 12 months.

The examination content is classified in the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act(2009:400) and it may be illegal to share information from the tests.

ATO Recommendation The student must have a recommendation in the respective subject to be able to take the examination. If the students fail the examination in a subject the ATO must submit a new recommendation, otherwise it will not be possible to take a re-test.
