Greetings of Love and Light!
Let us remember the very
important last three messages
from Grand Master once again
1) Practice Diligently
2) Purify Yourself
3) Spread the teachings!
These messageAs have
tremendous inner significance.
Regular Diligent Practice of
Arhatic Yoga will produce
several Senior Arhatic Yogis,
which will impel the world
towards GMCKS’s vision. Inner
Purification through the
practice of Arhatic Yoga is
required for developing oneself
as an Arhatic Yogi and
becoming a baby Arhat.
Of course, just creating one or
two mature Arhats is not
enough. We need to create at
least 70 Arhats, so that we
may have 3 Great Ones or
Holy Ones. So we need to
spread the teachings and
create more Arhatic yogis.
While we follow His teachings,
we not only help others but
uplift ourselves too.
May the Blessings of the
Supreme God, Master Choa
Kok Sui and all the Higher
Beings be with you and your
family!
Every religion has its own set of scriptures. These
scriptures of all religions carry the same Truth but this
Truth is interpreted differently by different people
depending on their spiritual maturity. Scriptures are
written for four levels or ages of understanding of man.
These ages are not the biological ages but correspond to
the person’s spiritual comprehension and advancement.
These divisions overlap as the person progresses. Higher
the spiritual evolution of a man, higher and deeper and
more profound will be the understanding of the scriptures.
First level is compared to a child of about 8 years old. The
child, who is in the early classes of school of life, gets
some guidance from mother but is mostly controlled by
father where the rules are laid down. The FATHER is the
setup. Child is taught the norms of the society, religion,
family etc. Strict rules of the family have to be followed.
The society of this level is feudalistic. Religion teaches
rituals, worshipping the form, orthodoxy and gives no
opportunity for questioning. There is religious
fundamentalism. The rules are to be followed. The
governments are either far right or far left, influenced by
Nazism, Communism, Fascism and Dictatorship.
Industries do not allow unions. Economic powers control
the poor, businesses and governments. Justice system is
not strong. There is fear in people’s mind and therefore,
acceptance of such situation. People are programmed to
think as trained. They do not question the authority of
elders or religious and political leaders. Their
understanding of scriptures is very shallow and their
interpretation is very superficial.
80% of world’s population is only 8 years old, spiritually.
Like 8 year old children, they obey and fall in line without
offering any resistance. They are considered ‘Good and
Normal’ people.
Second Level is compared to a teenager of about 16 years
old. He is growing up spiritually, is rebellious and expects
more freedom. He does not want to conform to the
religious and social boundaries and norms. He is more
aware of social responsibilities and questions religious
dogmatism. He becomes an explorer.
Religions of this level are not ritualistic and they teach to
go beyond ‘Form’. They tolerate other’s religious and
belief systems. They participate in socio-religious
discussions. Parents and leaders have less control over
them. Parents and children are more like friends. If
rigidity is imposed, these children tend to rebel. They say,
“listen and reason”. They try to bring science and
technology and spirituality together. They try to search for
‘Hidden’ and deeper meaning of scriptures.
Governments of this level are Republics, Democracies
and benevolent Kingdoms. Power is not with a small
group of people but is shared among many. Industries
and corporate allow unions, pensions, fixed timings,
stock plans, insurances, benefits etc.
18% of world’s population is of Level 2. The percentage
of level 1 is decreasing and level 2 is increasing as we
are approaching the Age of Aquarius.
Level 3 is compared to a young adult of about 24 years.
He is self-sufficient, self-taught and is on his own search
for higher ‘Truth’.
At level 3, this type of governments, industries,
corporates do not exist. Everything is self-taught. Man of
this age explores philosophies, religions, the occult,
esoteric studies, healing practices, spiritual practices for
finding the ‘Self’. He searches and finds a GURU and
becomes the Shishya. He enters into altered states of
consciousness during meditations and prayers. He
realizes the purpose of his life on earth and tries to
realize the ‘SELF’. This Level 3 consists of 1.99999999%
of the world’s population. Such people understand the
deeper and higher truth of the scriptures. Rather, higher
truth is revealed to them and they, in turn, become
teachers.
The three levels add up to 99.99999999%.
Level 4 corresponds to spiritual age of 32. The man of
this age is the Self realized ‘Ascendant’ man. He
becomes the GURU or a MASTER, servant of humanity,
sacrifices for spiritual guidance of fellow ‘Seekers’. This
level consists of 0.00000001% people only and is
therefore rare.
Spiritual evolution of man is an ongoing process. As a
child matures through age and experiences, so does the
soul. Through many lifetimes, the soul gradually learns
its true nature and goal. And it moves from first level to
second, from second to third and from third to fourth.
The Truth however, remains the same. It always has. It
always will.

The Meaning of Spiritual Path
– 2nd Sep
Every Sunday Nurturing
session for new and existing
Pranic Healers
Q: How do I solve the issue of
picking up Psychic Garbage from
someone else?
A: There are several steps one
may take:
1. Cut all the Chords from all
major chakras and probe and
cut the chords from deep
within the root of the chakra
also – this will take 5 to 7
mins.
2. Take the Salt Bath
3. Pranic Breathing
4. Do the lovely Meditation on
Twin hearts – you can learn
from any PH Student
/Instructor/ Acharya/ directly
from GMCKS himself thru
different media.
5. Applying other Psychic Self
Defense Techniques
6. Apply or ask someone to apply
Pranic Psychotherapy on
yourself.
7. Do Meditation on the Guru
8. Do Sharanagati Meditation
9. Do the “I AM” Meditation
10. Do Arhatic Invocation
11. Do The Great Invocation
12. Do few hours of Service
every week
13. Do Tithing for few weeks
Q: If the head of the family gives
tithing, what about the other
family members who are not
earning? Should he/she mention all
the names of his/her family
members?
A: Tithing is usually done only by
those who are earning. The
blessings accrue (are given) to the
whole family even if their names
are not mentioned. Having said
that, let’s understand “earning” a
little more. Husband gives his wife
money to meet monthly expenses
and wife may save some money
which she can use as she desires.
That is her earning. Similarly, kids
get pocket money. That’s their
earning. Tithing can be done with
that money also.
Further, if only the head of the
family is tithing, he/she can
“decree” that the blessings also
come to his/her family members
Mikao Usui (15 August 1865 – 9 March 1926, commonly Usui
Mikao in Japanese) was the founder of a form of spiritual
practice known as Reiki, used as a complementary therapy for
the treatment of physical, emotional, and mental diseases.
According to the inscription on his memorial stone, Usui
taught Reiki to over 2000 people during his lifetime. Sixteen of
these students continued their training to reach the Shinpiden
level, a level equivalent to the Western third degree, or
Master/Teacher level. Usui died on 9 March 1926 of a stroke.
Life
Usui was born on 15 August 1865 in the village of Taniai in the
Yamagata district of the Gifu Prefecture, Japan, which is now
located near present day Nagoya
Usui was influenced by Shintoism, the traditional faith of the
Japanese people prior to contact with China. Shintoism
focuses on the kami, which are spirits in the forms of birds,
animals, mountains, trees and people. An 18th century
scholar, Motoori Norinaga (1730–1801) said, "According to
ancient usage, whatever seemed strikingly impressive,
possessed the quality of excellence, or inspired a feeling of
awe was called kami". Usui was known to use jumon – spells
or incantations in his teachings, derived from Shintoism and
Taoism.
Usui also is also said to be shugenja practicing Shugendō in
addition to his alleged practice as a Tendai Buddhist.
Shugendō is a Japanese mountain ascetic shamanism, which
incorporates Shinto and Buddhist practices. Roles of Shugendō
practitioners include offering religious services such as fortune
telling, divination, channelling, prayer, ritual incantations and
exorcism. Shugenja was often used by family clans to heal
disease or to avoid misfortune.
Usui had various careers, including acting as private secretary
to Count Shinpei Gotō (Gotō Shinpei).
Family
Usui's father's common name was Uzaemon, and his mother
was from the Kawai family. His brothers, Sanya and Kuniji,
grew up to become a doctor and a policeman respectively. He
also had an older sister called Tsuru. Usui married Sadako
Suzuki, who bore children by the names of Fuji and Toshiko.
Fuji (1908–1946) went on to teach at Tokyo University, and
Toshiko lived a short life, dying at the age of 22 in 1935. The
entire family's ashes are buried at the grave site at the Saihō-
ji Temple in Tokyo.
According to Japanese Reiki Master and monk Hyakuten
Inamoto, Usui was a Pure Land Buddhist. As an adult, he
travelled to several Western countries, including Americas,
Europe, and China as a part of his continued lifelong study. His
studies included history, medicine, Buddhism, Christianity,
psychology, and Taoism.
Usui's ancestors were the once influential Chiba clan and were
Hatamoto samurai. Usui was raised as a samurai from
childhood, specifically aiki-jutsu. According to the inscription
on his memorial, Tsunetane Chiba, a military commander
during the end of the Heian period and the start of the
Kamakura period (1180–1230), was one of Usui's ancestors.
In 1551, Toshitane Chiba conquered the city Usui and
thereafter all family members acquired that name.
Reiki
Usui founded the Usui Reiki Ryōhō Gakkai (meaning "Usui's
Spiritual Energy Therapy Society"), a society of Japanese Reiki
masters. His style is assumed to have survived to the present
day (assumed as no-one knows exactly how the Gakkai
practises nowadays), with Ushida being the one who,
upon death, substituted the presidency of the
association. This society remained secret for many years
and at present, the shihan (master), Masaki Kondoh, is
the president of the Gakkai. Though many of their
teachings still remain secret, little by little, members of
this association – such as Master Hiroshi Doi – have
been sharing their knowledge with the rest of the world.
In spite of this, it continues to be a hermetic society,
nearly impossible to access.
Teachings
What Usui Mikao taught may have simply been called
'Usui do' – 'the way of Usui', and what he practiced on
people could have been referred to as 'Usui teate' –
meaning 'hands-on'. The teachings and tools provided
were usually customized to the student, since each
student learns differently. It was the Usui Reiki Ryōhō
Gakkai which formalized the teachings. The hand
positions were added for the students who found it
difficult to work intuitively. Early students are supposed
to have never heard of the word Reiki in relation to the
entirety of Usui Mikao's teachings. Usui's memorial stone
uses the name Usui Reiki Ryoho to refer to Usui Mikao's
teachings ('Usui's healing method based on spiritual
energy'). Once it came to the West, the name of the
system was abbreviated to 'Reiki'.
It is believed that the aim of Usui's teachings was to
provide a method for students to achieve enlightenment.
Unlike religion, though, there was no belief system
attached. Though enlightenment was the aim, the
healing that was taking place for students was a
wonderful 'side effect'. What sets Usui Mikao's teachings
apart from other hands-on healing methods is his use of
reiju or attunement to remind students of their spiritual
connection. It seems that all students of Usui Mikao
received reiju and the 5 precepts and those with a
further interest in the teachings became dedicated
students. There does not appear to have been a
distinction between clients and students in the beginning
though this may have changed at some point. People
began coming to Usui Mikao possibly for different
purposes – some for healing and others for the spiritual
teachings.
Activity in the 1920s
During the early 1920s, Usui did a 21-day practice on
Mount Kurama called Kushu Shinren, (which is a form of
shugyo, also known as discipline or training) according
to translator Hyakuten Inamoto. Common belief dictates
that it was during these 21 days that Usui developed
Reiki. As Mount Hiei is the main Tendai complex in
Japan, and is very close to Kyoto, it has been surmised
that Usui Mikao would also have practiced there if he
had been a lay priest. A Zen meditation practice called
Zazen Shikan Taza may well have inspired him and his
teachings on Mt Kurama.
“In April of the 11th year of Taisho (1922 A.D.) he
settled in Harajuku, Aoyama, Tokyo and set up the
Gakkai to teach Reiki Ryoho and give treatments. Even
outside of the building it was full of pairs of shoes of the
visitors who had come from far and near.” – translated
from the memorial stone.

“In September of the 12th year (1923 A.D.) there was a great earthquake
and a conflagration broke out. Everywhere there were groans of pains
from the wounded. Sensei, feeling pity for them, went out every morning
to go around the town, and he cured and saved an innumerable number
of people. This is just a broad outline of his relief activities during such an
emergency.” – translated from the memorial stone.
There was a great deal of poverty in Japan at that time due to the
depression. After the earthquake Usui Mikao moved his home and place of
teaching to Nakano ku, outside of Tokyo, in 1925.
“Due to his respected and far-reaching reputation many people from local
districts wished to invite him. Sensei, accepting the invitations, went to
Kure and then to Hiroshima and Saga, and reached Fukuyama.
Unexpectedly he became ill and passed away there. It was 9 March of the
15th year of Taisho (1926 A.D.), aged 62.” – translated from the
memorial stone.
Mikao's memorial stone is located at the Saihoji temple in the Suginami
district of Tokyo. Reiho Choso Usui Sensei Kudoko No Hi, in English this
means: Memorial of the merits of Usui Sensei, the founder of Reiho (Reiki
Ryoho). The inscription on the Usui memorial was written in old Japanese
by Mr. Okata, and Mr. Ushida. The memorial stone was erected by the
Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai in Japan one year after Usui Mikao's death.
Thank you Daniel! I experienced a rather dramatic recovery after my car
accident where I smashed into a tree due to fog. My head went through a
windshield of the car. Immediately after the accident with glass being pulled out
of my forehead, profuse bleeding, bruising and the likelihood of permanent scars,
I went to see a doctor in Torrance. He referred me to a plastic surgeon. However,
I came to you for Pranic Healing the night after the crash, and even though the
doctor who had seen me the day of the wreak, had commented I would need
stitches, and would have scars, the Pranic Healing was so complete my forehead
cleared up miraculously within three days. I didn’t even need stitches, and
I have no scars on my forehead. This healing should greatly benefit athletes and
other peak performers as well.

Most of my adult life I have been troubled with digestive problems, tightness in
my throat and jaw, and migraine headaches. I have been in and out of doctors’
care, and while treatments have helped, the pain and problems eventually
returned to be more debilitating. I learned about Pranic Healing, took a class, and
decided I had nothing to lose by allowing a Pranic healer to work on me. That is
my best decision so far this year!
...I felt lighter when I left [my first treatment], but nothing else for the next two
days. Then things started happening one after the other. ...I became more
focused and able to see patterns that I could work with where before I would
have thrown up my hands and gone to the fridge. When a migraine headache
began a few days later, instead of ignoring it I checked on what use migraines
had been for me and discovered there were some things I really didn’t want to
see. Dealing with my concerns right away dulled the migraines and allowed me
clarity of mind and spirit I seldom experienced until then. Also, I was able to
discuss my experience of Pranic Healing with my husband, who is an MD,
informing him of my desire to explore this healing form in more depth. And when
my jaw becomes tight I clean out the jaw chakras and continue saying whatever I
need to say.
Discovering, learning and using Pranic Healing has been wonderful for me. My life
continues to be full of eye-opening, life-giving experiences that make me look for
more life instead of hiding from life.

Last summer, my nanny and I were attacked by yellow jackets. I got stung 7
times, and she got stung 3 times. It was a really scary event; but fortunately my
Ya Ya is a Pranic Healer. After we got ourselves all safe and sound, and treated
our stings with ice and baking soda, she did sweeping to remove the traumatic
energies. That helped calm me down some, but I still cried a lot. Then, that night,
she did the insect bite protocol on each of her stings, and then on each of mine.
(She did this from her house while I was at my house!) The next day, both of us
awoke to see that each sting was not swollen, substantially less red (even though
the Pediatric Nurse warned my Mom that they would swell up and that I would
probably swell up all over) and hardly itched at all. There was practically no
swelling, and by the following day, there was just a little spot where each sting
was. They hurt a little if we pressed on them, but it was no big deal!

Levels in Arhatic Yoga
Arhatic Yoga is a series of steps of spiritual practices. Grand Master Guides the spiritual aspirant from simpler practices called the preparatory level. Here He lays
the foundation for faster evolution of the soul thru the 5 pillars of Arhatic Yoga. As the student practices preparatory level for 2 or more years, the student is taught
higher practices of Arhatic Yoga. The higher practice is based on the preparatory level. So the preparatory level spiritual practices are a constant companion for the
practitioner forever. Grand Master adds more advanced spiritual practices higher level as the student progresses in his practices. As the student progresses to
higher level Arhatic yoga, the student yogi has to be very stringent in use of his time, energy and his emotions has to be more refined. At higher levels, the
practitioner will have to take great care to what he thinks, intends, and applies will to. After Preparatory level practice for 2 to 3 years, practitioner is taught level 1
and 2. (Level 1 is part Level 2). After practice of L1 and L2 for about 3 years, the student is initiated into Level 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 over a period of 3 to 4 years. The
student develops a golden body, aura filled with golden prana while practicing Level 3 of Arhatic yoga. Grand Master then initiates the student into level 4 which
blossoming the spiritual infant from a point of light to bud to a flame. The Next level is Level 5 which is supposed to be developing unconditional love to all beings.
The spiritual growth at this level is so tremendous and the practice goes on for a very long time before the practitioner may be initiated into Level 6 or higher level.
It is said Grand Master initiates the student to the Level 7 practices on the astral level. Level 8 is supposed to be so high that it leads the practitioner to become an
developed Arhat - an being of very highly refined emotions, great instrument in the hands of the supreme being for the development of Mankind. May every reading
this article be blessed to become of a full blown Arhatic.
This books introduces the greatness of Mahaguruji
Lord Padmasambhava also known as Mahaguruji Lord
Mei Ling. Grand Master discusses how Mahaguruji ML
has guided very many advanced Holy Masters, Great
Arhats, High Tibetan Lamas, Taoist Yogis and
Immortals, Indian Yogis, Kaya siddhas (Great Yogis
from South India), Great Rishis, Great Kabbalists and
Other great Spiritual Disciples. In his later writings
Grand Master also refers to Lord Mei Ling as Buddha
Mei Ling as indication of the highest evolution for Ray
2 Individual.
GMCKS talks about Termas & how the different
teachers spread the teaching using these termas.
Termas are how the teachings are stored. Earth
Terma, Inner Terma are some of the termas.
This book is all about the sacred mantra: Om Mani
Padme Hum. He describes, how this is a mantra of
compassion, purification, great benefits and how this
is a wish full filling mantra
The meaning of the mantra is “Jewel in the Crown”.
How the mantra activates the crown chakra and helps
the practitioner to achieve calmness, stillness and
spiritual evolution and illumination. GMCKS also says
that this mantra has an activation and evolutionary
effect on the 12th Chakra. Not many traditions talk
about the 12th Chakra. Not all gurus share the
presence of the 12th Chakras for the very reason that
the lower chakras have to be clean before the
practitioner can work on the 12th Chakra. Otherwise
the effect is disastrous.
In the chapter 5 of the Book, Master teaches the
readers the meditation on Loving kindness (aka
meditation on twin hearts aka planetary peace
mediation, the procedure for the meditation and its
effect on the practitioner. This version is very special
with the use of Om Mani Padme Hum. The mediation
is very powerful given that it is done with the special
mantra. One can develop love and compassion very
fast with the powerful mediation and achieve
illumination very easily.
Chapter 6 talks about the blue pearl, the mani (pearl
or seed) or Jewel, which is lodged in the pineal gland,
and the it part in the spiritual anatomy of the person
The crown chakra can only be
sufficiently activated when the
heart chakra is first sufficiently
activated. The heart chakra is a
replica of the crown chakra. When
you look at the heart chakra, it
looks like the inner chakra of the
crown chakra which has golden
petals.
The Spiritual Guide's face could not
be seen because it was radiating
with so much light. I was not
alone. We were six students on a
"flying blue carpet". The Spiritual
Guide instructed us to stay within
the confines of this blue flying
carpet.
In the blue world, our guide
showed us blue persons
performing rituals, performing
mudras or hand gestures, as well
as practicing meditation. We
exited the blue world through a
white sphere and my physical body
woke up.
40. The Solar Logos was referred
to by St. Paul when he said, "He is
not far from us; for in Him, we
live, and move, and have our
being". (Acts 17:27-28)
Some people have had a hard life,
but through the use of the Law of
Karma, they have become very
rich. Take the case of a certain
businessman. The government
took away his family's properties
when he was still a young
boy. They had to live in a small
house. They almost had
nothing. Later, the first business
he put up was making
balloons. Then, he expanded to
other businesses. Through
intelligent hard work, and a big
heart - sharing and giving - his
company became very
prosperous. His family is now very
wealthy.

In Chapter 8, the meaning of Padmasambhava is. In Page 89
GMCKS give great secrets about the spiritual anatomy of the soul.
In Page 100, he gives insight into Buddhic nature and how people
meditate on the buddhic nature to grow spiritually. There are
several secrets in this chapter which are foundation of Arhatic
Yogic Spiritual Practices. You may be able to correlate them when
you learn Arhatic Yoga.
Chapter 9 talk about Character Building of Loving Kindness and
Non-injury, Generosity and Non-Stealing, Accurate perception and
Correct Expression and Non-Falsehood, Constancy of Aim and
Effort and Non Laziness, Avoiding Excessive Remote, Inner
Reflection Firm Resolution, Law Karma, The Golden Rule.
This is a book with lots of good energies and teachings. We can
benefit from the teachings in the book by reading and putting them
to practice.
We strongly recommend you to read the book and benefit by
practicing the meditations and the spiritual practices given the
book. Please take some time to provide feedback to us about your
